Workshop: 40 sqm with concrete floor, electrics, water and drainage. Currently has washing machine and dryer, work bench and loads of storage space. Could be converted into another dwelling or Granny Annex or just a great man/person cave.
Wood store: 1.9m x 3.5m. Essential for wood burning fires to keep the wood dry and seasoned. Has electric light and new roof in 2012.
Summer House: 2.2m x 6.9m. Has electric lights and sockets. New roof 2012. Good dry store for garden tools and machinery
